Melinda Biedermann is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist
University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas. She graduated Cum Laude, receiving a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Pathology and a Bachelor of Science in
Education degree in Elementary Education. She also holds a Master of
Science in Education degree in Special Education from Henderson State
University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas.
Melinda has worked with youth in various capacities all over
the world since 1971. She has worked with high school age church groups,
taught middle school special education classes and worked extensively with the
Girl Scout and Boy Scout organizations. She worked with the North Hardin
High School Band and Color Guard from 1994 until 2000. Melinda and had
husband, John, were the Youth Ministers at Mill Creek Baptist Church from August
1997 until August 2002 when they retired to pursue other callings.
Melinda claims Arkansas as home. She married John K.
Biedermann in 1976. John is a retired Army officer, ordained minister,
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and Board Certified Professional
Christian Counselor. Melinda and John have one child, John Michael, who
was born in 1980.
